Opening of the 16th General Assembly & 18th Anniversary was formal and participatory approach by standing participants in their space and opening the GA & A to burned flem on Panas by Chief Guest of GA & A Mr. Dilli Ratna Shrestha (Justic, Dailekh District Court, Dailekh). Then, there was played National Anthem by sound system.
For the gusetmenship was announced respectively. After finished guestmenship, General Secretary Mrs. Juni Kumari Thapa give welcomed speech towards participants of GA & A. Mrs. Rama Shrestha Board member, presented organization structural progress report of FY 070/71 and Mrs. Sudha Koirala Treasurer presented organization financial progress report of FY 070/71 & proposed financial report of fy 071/72,forcosting financial report of fy 072/73.
Mr. Santosh Budha (Chairperson of Sundar Child Network Bansi, Dailekh), Mr. Chakra Bahadur Khatri (Acting Chairperson of Jornalist Federation), Mr. Bir Bahadur Bhandari (CCM of Akhanda Parti Nepal), Mr. Hark Bahadur Shahi (Representative of CPN-Moasist), Mr. Umesh Rawat (Representative of UCPN-Moasist), Mr. Mayaram Adhikari (Chairperson RJM, Nepal), Mr. Resham Bishwokarma (Representative of Nepali Congress), Mr. Shamsher Shahi (Program Officer of DDC, Dailekh) & chief guest Mr. Dilli Ratna Shrestha (District Justic Dailekh District Court, Dailekh) had been presented thanks speech on this 16th General Assembly & Anniversary.
In this opening ceremony, Mrs. Mandhara Malla (Chairperson of Women Network of Bindhyabasini), Mr. Santosh Budha (Chairperson of Child Network Bansi, Dailekh, Mr. Rana Bahadur Puri (Member of Shiva Primary School building project), Mr. Dambar Bahadur Karki (Executive Director), Mr. Man Bahadur Thapa (District Program Coordinator), Mrs. Durga Giri (Program Coordinator), Mr. Hari Krishna Thapa (Field Coordinator), Mr. Shre Bahadur Thapa (Agriculture program Supervisor), Mrs. Seeta Rijal (Social Mobilizer), Mr. Birendra Majhi (Senior Community Facilitator) and Mrs. Shashi Shrestha (Office Assistant) had been rewarded as a best.
